Predicting Voluntarily Employee Turnover

Thank you for your interest in our project! An important note: we worked with the personal information of real Guilford County
employees for this project. To protect their privacy, we have created a synthetic dataset for the purposes of creating this
dashboard. Any similarities to real-world individuals is purely coincidental.
Here is a little more about how to interact with our dashboard:
Project Overview: This project is focused on helping county governments identify when employees are likely to
leave employement and proactively conduct a 'stay interview'. Through process of machine learning, we created a predictive model which
returns a risk score which indicates an employee's likelyness to turnover in the next 6 months.
County Trends: Click on the tabs (Turnover, Employee Count, etc.) to see temporal trends for each department. Below,
click through each department to see a table of employees in that department, organized by their risk, employee number, age, or name.
Employees View: This page focuses on individual employees. You can view the top 10 employees at risk of turnover. Once you
have identified an employee, you can search for their information by entering their employee ID.
